Sharp Colors of the Beauty

I like taking pictures of the beauty. Moments, faces, emotions … etc. anything that I’d like to capture. The question is if I’m doing it or not. No, I’m not doing it as I wish. There are many reasons and I also can find more reasons not to do it but basically I need;

A DSL camera
A computer with high resolution display
Self confidence

Last one is a little strange when compared others but let me explain why. Taking pictures of nature is easy and much simpler than persons if you are a shy person like me. Consider that I want to take a picture like below.

How am I supposed to ask her? I’m not ready to ask a girl even it is a picture of her(especially Turks). If I can regain my self confidence then, I can effort to buy a nice DSLR and other stuff.
